本應用程式沒有帳戶、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具，亦沒有自己的伺服器。你的位置只會留在你的裝置上，永遠不會傳送出去。收藏、最近查詢及設定亦只儲存在你的裝置內。
This app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no server of its own. Your location stays on your device and is never transmitted. Favourites, recent searches and settings are stored only on your device.
位置只會保存在應用程式運行時的記憶體中。它不會被寫入儲存空間，不會加入紀錄，亦不會傳送到任何伺服器。到站時間查詢是以車站編號及路線發出的，不是以座標。
Your location is held in memory while the app is running. It is not written to storage, not added to any history, and not sent anywhere. Arrival-time requests are addressed by stop ID and route, never by coordinate.
當你按下「用 Google Maps 步行前往此站」時，應用程式會開啟 Google Maps，並只傳送你所選車站的官方座標——不會傳送你的位置。之後由 Google 的私隱政策及條款適用。
When you press “Walk to this stop with Google Maps”, the app opens Google Maps carrying only the selected stop’s official coordinates — never your own position. Google’s own policy and terms apply from that point.
如果你拒絕位置權限，路線搜尋、車站搜尋、指定起點終點的行程規劃、紀錄及收藏仍然可用。If you deny location permission, route search, stop search, exact origin-to-destination planning, history and favourites all still work.

應用程式只會連接以下官方公共交通資料介面：The app contacts only these official public transport data endpoints:
data.etabus.gov.hk — 九巴／龍運 KMB / Long Winrt.data.gov.hk — 城巴、港鐵巴士 Citybus, MTR Busdata.etagmb.gov.hk — 專線小巴 Green minibuswww.google.com — 只在你按下步行導航時 only when you press the walking-directions action如同任何網絡請求，這些機構會看到你的 IP 位址。應用程式不會附上任何識別碼、帳戶或搜尋紀錄。As with any web request, those providers will see your IP address. The app attaches no identifier, account or search history.
我們不會出售、出租或分享你的資料，因為我們並沒有持有任何關於你的資料。We do not sell, rent or share your data, because we hold none about you.
位置只存在於記憶體，關閉應用程式即消失。收藏、紀錄及設定會一直保留，直至你刪除為止：Location exists only in memory and is gone when the app closes. Favourites, history and settings remain until you remove them:
由於沒有伺服器，沒有需要向我們提出的刪除請求。Because there is no server, there is no deletion request to make to us.
資料儲存在你的裝置上，受你裝置本身的保安保護。任何能解鎖你裝置的人都可以看到你的收藏及最近查詢。與官方介面的連線使用 HTTPS，但我們無法控制那些介面的可用性或安全性。Data is stored on your device and protected by your device’s own security. Anyone who can unlock your device can see your favourites and recent lookups. Connections to the official endpoints use HTTPS, but we do not control those endpoints’ availability or security.
本應用程式是一個公共巴士到站時間工具，並非針對兒童設計，亦不會有意收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。由於沒有帳戶且沒有資料離開裝置，使用本應用程式不會產生兒童的個人資料紀錄。This app is a public bus arrival tool. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because there are no accounts and no data leaves the device, using the app creates no personal record of a child.
如果應用程式的行為改變，本頁面會一併更新，並更新上方的生效日期。重大改變會在應用程式的更新說明中列出。If the app’s behaviour changes, this page is updated with it and the effective date above changes. Material changes are noted in the app’s release notes.
