Spatial Sudoku is a puzzle game featuring Classic Sudoku, Spatial Sudoku, Fold Sudoku, Hex Sudoku and additional logic and puzzle games.

For help, contact the developer using the address below. Please include your device model, iOS version, Spatial Sudoku version/build, a description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot is helpful when the issue is visual.
Basic troubleshooting
- Update Spatial Sudoku to the latest version available in TestFlight or the App Store.
- Close and reopen the app, then restart your device if the issue continues.
- If a mode offers both board and 3D views, switch views and back once.
- Your progress and preferences are stored on your device. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the app while troubleshooting unless you are prepared to lose local saves.

The app does not require an account, and we do not sell personal data. Puzzle progress, preferences, tutorial status and statistics are stored locally on your device. The app is designed for offline play.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or backend SDKs, and its iOS over-the-air update service is disabled. It does not send game or diagnostic data to the developer or to analytics services.
The app can keep a small diagnostic history locally to help investigate rendering or gameplay problems. It may include the app build and platform, puzzle mode and difficulty, event names, timestamps and a general error category. It does not include your board or solution. You can clear this history in Settings. If you choose to share a diagnostic report with support, the details you send will be received by the support contact.
This page is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. This website does not use third-party scripts, analytics or advertising.
